Model behaviour

Seen on a street near Old Street.
Very well done.

Should be a good party at Fabric tonight, a friend of mine is doing a live set.

Rosson Crow

Was sitting in the sun this morning, finally reading the i-D mag I bought ages ago, when I came across this lady in a spread - Rosson Crow.

Great works!

This has been on repeat this afternoon:

Highgate station

Found a tunnel in the woodlands.

On the other side of the tunnel was a beautiful, wild forest.

In this forest was an abandoned train station.

No trains...

Simpler

Macay from Watergun on Vimeo.

I like this; kind of simple street art.
Saw some fishes swimming around Brick Lane too the other day.
And she's been outside the Foundry as well (assuming it's by the same artist).

But it doesn't get more simple than this dude - Bortusk Leer!

Bright and makes me smile every time...

SMOE

I did the Parkland Walk today.
Another part of town I've never been, even though I used to live in Muswell Hill.
Met this guy in a tunnel - SMOE.
Really nice dude who introduced me to 94's, he even let me have a go!
Good paint...

He also told me that they're allowed to paint in these tunnels; the people living in this council have all said that it's ok as long as they keep it on these grounds only.
Brilliant to hear.

Canary Wharf

Strange place this...
Like a doll house.

Love is in the.....shed

I went walking today; wanted to take a look at the Olympic grounds.
But that place is pretty shit now, at least what I saw, so I went down to Canary Wharf instead.
I used to like the place, but not so much anymore.... Guess I've changed since then.
Went strolling from Limehouse next, up through Brick Lane, then past Liverpool Street up to Old Street.

Saw these two curled up in a little shed in a kid's zoo. Cute...

Heygate Estate

I heard about the Heygate Estate a couple of days ago so I decided to head down and take a look....

Most interesting and spooky place ever!

I'm a pretty anxious person so I was scared shitless the whole time.
I kept worrying about running into someone in the staircases too, luckily I didn't.

The place is completely dead except for the odd junkies, another lonely photographer, couple of school kids, bunch of freestyle jumpers, a big dude with bulldog....

I also expected to see more graffiti seeing it's all open and abandoned, but there wasn't that much.
But some of them had obviously had the great idea of heading to the roof! I was going to do the same to watch the sunset, but as I said..... was a little too scared to climb to many stairs..... lame!

But I did do a little writing on the wall myself.
"we can walk and hold hands"

And although it's all shut closed to keep the squatters away, there're still the odd one open. Someone refused to leave.... Maybe this is why.

I found this site called 'Paint the Heygate' - calling for permission to paint the place before it gets demolished.
What a great idea!!
