This is what I've been doing today - making collages.
Cutting and tearing.... and gluing and creating... drinking wine and dancing to upbeat music..... and practising home-made yoga...
I feel that when I'm having a mentally good and happy day, filled with inspiration, I need to put it down on paper so that I can remember this feeling on other days.
These kind of days are kind of rare to me so it's good to be able to remind myself that they actually exist.
