This is a new Banksy piece on the beach in Hastings.
The council has a zero tollerance on graffiti and street art but has decided they like this one so it can stay (i.e. they like raking in the tourist money).
Now, I love street art, and graffiti too - I think it's great to be able to be surrounded by art on our streets - but I also believe there can be no such thing as "Banksy exceptions".
Who are they to decide what's good and what's not?
How ignorant.
Either all stays, or all goes.
Gotta love Banksy.... always causing such a stirrr!
