Yesterday I attended meditation class for the first time.
I'm not new to mediation but I wanted to try and find a suitable group and learn some more about it.
I found Sahaja Yoga and there are several classes around London, I went to the one in Ealing.
It was very interesting and I do actually think I can get something good out of this.
I was also happy to learn that they work on balancing the energies; the chakras.
