Spent the day in the park today with my frenchman. We played badminton and looked at the nicely pink and white spring trees.

Last night we partied in Acton with a bunch of his friends.

Tonight I decided to stay in and save the money...

Now I'm stuck here with my Nutella, yumyum.....

Had a good time with Frenchie, enjoying all life's pleasures.

Maybe too much though as I now have to rush to my bank and put some more money in before they charge me a fortune for spending ALL my money!!

Found an awesome site with lots of play-time of great music - lazpod.

Also found Imogen Heap. Good girl.

Just need to find a way of getting these new tracks onto my iPod.....

Not a good day. Or week, for that matter.

I should be over the moon that I'm going to Spain on Saturday, but I find it quite hard to find the excitement.

I'm sure it's there somewhere though!

It shouldn't be a big deal to pack for just 2 days away, but how do you choose what clothes to wear for those two very precious days?!

Went shopping for tattoos in Camden yesterday.

I wanna get some additions to the two I've got.

Sometimes I wish I never got them in the first place. The idea of having a completely natural body is nice. But now when I already got some, I find it difficult to leave a tattoo shop without having a new one done!

ghosts

I got home to mine a little while ago. I had to feed the cats as my house mates are out for the weekend. I get scared being alone in London. I never even used to get scared when I was alone at night in the country side! But being worried about burglars seems more realistic than ghosts....

I was going to go out tonight really, with the french DJ from new years eve, but I descided to be smart and save the money for when my brother moves down to London in a couple of weeks, and for the trip to Barcelona!

And I figured out it's because of work.

At the moment I am not getting to do my job due to the company needing to cut down on costs. So at the moment I'm being reallocated to another department which I hate....

I am thinking about quitting but don't know if I can as I know I love my job when I do get to do what I'm supposed to be doing!

- Worth staying?

I went to frenchie's house after work because I wanted to go running and I have my gear at his house. I ended up running alone all the way to Chiswick and back. And on my way back I found myself outside the house where my ex used to live. And I felt sad. Or maybe just sentimental...? Hard to say.

But the past is past and I live now and I intend to keep it that way.

ponchos

Gig last night in Islington. It was my own man who was playing. Great stuff!

A bit hungover today though, so work was a bitch...

I got this great poncho from frenchie. A friend of his makes them and they used to sell at Harrods for quite a bit of money. He had a whole bag of them in different colours at home and gave me all of them!

I never used to like ponchos, but I grew to love them very quickly!

I feel a bit down today..... Sort of hoping it's just the beer from last night....

It's half past one and I'm half asleep alone on my bed looking at the job market.

I got a text from frenchie asking if I'm coming over. He just finished work with the DJ and says he's missing me.

Who could say no to sharing a bed with a hot french man?!

Rock 'n Roll

Friday night and we eat so much that we both pass out before 11pm.....

But we will gain our rock 'n roll status back by band practicing and bongo-session today, and rock-gig tomorrow!

awkwardness

Something so awkward happened on my way home from work today.... I almost had a heart attack!!

Me and frenchie are waiting for the bus to take us back to the Bush, and he turns around and says 'I have a feeling I know him over there....'.

I look over and who do I see - yo, my ex!

This is my ex who's been avoiding me for, like, a month.

Now he's here, waiting for the same bus as us.

I know he's not happy with me at the moment, and I know he hates my new man. Obviously.

So we say 'hello', 'how are you?' and all that.

Had to sit between my ex and my new man for a whole hour on the bus!

But honestly, I was really glad to see him.

It still makes me sad to think that we are no more....

I bought a couple of funky-looking LP's this weekend that I'm gonna put up on my wall!

He told me he went to the Brit Awards afterparty last night!

(Not at all jealous...hmm..)

V-day

Party in toilets on Friday was great.

I met his ex girlfriend's best friend and she told him she thought I was really cool....

Saturday; coffee with a girlfriend in Westfields, then I met up with him and we took a walk up to Portobello Road and had a look at the markets.

He bought me a metal armband when he remembered that it was Valentines Day!

I don't give a shot about V-day really...

London is....

I finally finished my latest project today!

- The latest bonus level for Tomb Raider: Underworld!

That was very welcome after such a stressful week of trying to get everything done in time.....

Next is going to be a Sony project, but before then some for Disney and Studio Canal.

I love my job. :)

I've been thinking about the City I live in lately.........if it's actually worth living here.

As I'm not from the UK originally, there is no other place here where I could live except for London.

But how good is the quality of life really here?

• the streets and air is dirty
• everything is expensive and 'no money' = lots of stress
• you will spend most of what you make on necessary living expenses
• the weather is crap
• the food is not 'clean'
• the place is heavily overcrowded

I could go on......

There is actually only ONE thing I can think of that makes it all worth it!

- LONDON IS EXCITING!!
